Should You Really Get A Tempur-Pedic Mattress?

There are many memory foam mattresses available and the variation on price is enormous. You might ask why some brands like Tempurpedic cost a lot more than other like Isontonic.

The first memory foam material was invented in the 1970’s by NASA. At that time, NASA was trying to come up with a material that could cushion the astronauts when taking off due to the high G levels. The material was invented yet never made it to any space program.

If you’re looking for a memory foam mattress you’re bound to come across the TrueForm mattress from the Sealy Posturepedic collection. The Sealy TrueForm may be cheaper than a Tempur-Pedic mattress but there’s no point in buying a second-rate memory foam mattress.

I’m amazed that someone will spend thousands of dollars on a Tempur-Pedic mattress but baulk at the ‘expense’ of buying the Tempur-Pedic pillow; it just seems to defeat the whole purpose of buying a memory foam mattress.

Since the early 90’s the science of memory foam has continued to take steps forward. In today’s world, we have many different densities and grades of the Space age memory foam.

A good night’s sleep is important as it recharges our body and revitalizes our energy level during the day. Unfortunately, many people have difficulty sleeping or getting a good night sleep. One of the top benefits of a Tempur-Pedic is that they are temperature sensitive. This means that the mattress gets softer the higher the temperature is on it.

Any Tempurpedic bed comes with a 20-year limited warranty. Basically, the company guarantees that for 20 years they will replace or repair any defective mattress that is found to be so because of structural problems or faulty workmanship.
